With our brief creation technology, you’ll be able to ensure your project is well defined, and that the copywriter you hire has all the information they need to succeed.
When you have placed your order, our A.I (who we’ve called Panel Brain) will then swing into action, and match you with several professional freelance copywriters who have the experience required to complete your project.
Option 2: If you feel like your project is a little more complex, or that it requires additional preparation, planning, and close collaboration, the best way to get started is to contact us.
We’ll put you in touch with a content manager who will learn about your project, its goals, and they’ll manually select and hire copywriters from our talent pool for the job too.

That’s why all of our orders come with an unlimited number of amendment requests as standard, for no extra cost.
That being said, things like articles and blog posts that are higher up the funnel usually don’t need too many edits, and most of our copy like this is accepted on the first draft. However, other kinds of content like sales pages, press releases, white papers, and longer-form pieces can sometimes benefit from a little tweaking and fine-tuning via feedback from the client.

What is your average turnaround time?
We pride ourselves on having some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. We limit the number of jobs our copywriters can claim, and give them short deadlines to encourage them to only claim jobs they are immediately able to work on.
The average TAT depends on the kind of content you order. Blog posts and articles are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours depending on their length. More complex projects such as sales copy and whitepapers can take 1 or 2 days longer in some cases.

Will your copywriters be able to match the tone of our existing copy?
Yes absolutely. This is a very common request, and any copywriter worthy of the name will be able to craft beautiful content that seamlessly slips in amongst your existing copy. Simply include a few examples of your content in the brief and the writer will do the rest.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, we love working with agencies. In fact, agencies make up the bulk of our client base. We developed our platform, and our copywriting services from the ground up to streamline the typical content creation process that takes place at most agencies. Are there any hidden fees or other charges to use your copywriting services?
Absolutely not. There are no additional charges beyond the cost of the content itself.
Will it be obvious that I hired a copywriter?
No, not at all. All of our content is ghostwritten, which means you can attribute it to anyone you wish (or no one at all). We keep our clients’ identities a secret, as many brands like to present the image that all of their copy was written by in-house copywriters.
What if I am unhappy with the copywriter I hire?
On very rare occasions, there’s sometimes just not a good fit between a copywriter and a client.
When this happens, you can let us know from your dashboard and your content manager will swing into action. They’ll find another copywriter for hire that would be able to work on your job as a priority, and we’ll get them to write a whole new version of your copy, free of charge.
What happens if a copywriter misses a deadline?
This doesn’t happen as often as you would perhaps think. It’s quite rare for our copywriters to miss a deadline. They understand that we are relying on them to deliver their work before the agreed-upon date – because our clients are relying on them to do so too.
When a deadline is missed, we will notify you, and send your job out to a range of other suitable copywriters. Your content manager will monitor and intervene where required to ensure the new writer creates your content ASAP, as a priority.
Who owns the copyright to the content I order?
We are a white-label copywriting service. This means you are the only person who will own the content you order from us, and you will exclusively own all of its associated rights. You can publish it anywhere you like, in any way you wish, in part, or whole.
Am I locked into a contract or subscription?
No, almost all of our copywriting services are pay as you go. There are no contracts, subscriptions, or anything else like that. Simply order and pay for your content as and when you need it.
The only subscription-based services we offer are our blog management services. These are monthly subscription services that (as the name suggests) are a complete content marketing solution. They include topic research, images, uploading and formatting content on your website, SEO, and more.

Slightly less frequently asked questions
You’ll be allowed up to 14 days to approve your copywriter’s work. After this time we will automatically approve the job to ensure our writers get paid for their work. We’ll notify you via email before this happens.
Proper communication between clients and copywriters is essential for a successful project. We’d argue it’s the most important part of the whole process.
The more information you provide the copywriter you hire, the better your copy will be.
We’ve spent quite a bit of time developing our brief creation technology to ensure that all of the essential questions a brief should contain (that can sometimes be overlooked) are answered. We’ll ask about things like tone, target audience, and if the copy should be evergreen or newsy. We’ll also ask content-specific questions depending on what kind of content you are ordering.
Because for the vast majority of brands, it’s the most cost-efficient, and effective way forward.
The other two options available to you are either hiring a copywriter as part of your in-house team, or trying to get an existing team member to write the copy for you.
Let’s get the second of those two options out of the way first.
Copywriting is a skill, a profession, a career. There’s much more to it than just hammering away on a keyboard and ensuring you have good grammar. You might think that Richard from HR has a way with words, but when the copy on your page can have double-digit impacts on conversion rates, it almost always makes financial sense to hire a professional copywriter as an employee, or work with a copywriting service like ours.
Hiring a copywriter as a full-time member of your team can be a viable option if you’re a large company that has consistent content demands. This is especially true when your content regularly requires detailed knowledge of your brand and its operations – outsourcing this kind of content can be tricky.
However, there are also a few downsides to this, especially if you’re not a large company.
It’s a significant commitment when hiring a professional copywriter as an employee. If you don’t have sufficient long-term content requirements you can sometimes find yourself trying to find things for them to write that don’t really need to be written. Additionally, you have all of the traditional expenses associated with hiring someone such as sick pay, vacation time, pensions, salaries, overheads, benefits, etc etc.

We have several quality levels of freelance copywriters for hire. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for when it comes to copywriting. Investments in quality content can quickly pay for themselves in increased conversion rates.
Our copywriting services are already highly affordable, with our entry-level writers starting at $3.40 / 100 words (and ranging up to $15+ / 100 words at our higher quality levels).
All of our writers are from western countries, and as such, they require a western rate of pay. If you find anything much cheaper than our entry-level prices, then you’ll probably be hiring someone who’s not a native speaker. This is obviously less than ideal (to put it mildly).
We’re 99.9% sure.
Truth be told, we used to make claims that we had copywriters for hire who had experience in any industry, regardless of what it was. But that turned out to be slightly optimistic. We’ve had people try to hire copywriters from us to write about “Goat Rentals” and “Professional Potty Trainers” (these are real-life examples, used with permission).
But unless you’re in an industry that is very, very specific like those two examples above, then yes, we’ve almost certainly got a professional copywriter in our talent pool who has experience in your industry.
There are two ways that we match our clients with their perfect copywriters.
For larger projects, agencies (or simply upon request) one of our content managers will hand-select a few writers that would be a good match for your project and build a writing team that will work on your jobs.
However, for the bulk of our clients, we use our sophisticated A.I called Panel Brain.
Panel Brain is (to our knowledge) the first A.I who has been built to match brands and businesses with their perfect copywriter. Panel Brain will use information in your brief to make reasonably general matches for your first orders (as he knows very little about you at that point in time). However, he gets smarter and smarter as you place more and more orders, learning from your feedback.
Over time he will be essentially creating a custom dream team of freelance copywriters behind the scenes for you, without you having to lift a finger.
You can view the status of all your orders from your dashboard. Information is updated in real-time, and you’ll be able to see the status of all of your orders at a glance or dive deep into the nitty-gritty details if you wish.
